Echo Lake Camp was founded in 1956 as a youth-oriented facility. For almost 70 years, Echo has been continuing to follow its mission statement of "Winning youth to Christ and equipping them to glorify God".
At Echo Lake, our heart is to see campers grow in their faith. Mornings begin with camper-led worship and a chance to share what God is doing in their lives, followed by a teaching from our speaker straight from the Bible. Afternoons are all about fun—whether that’s out on the water, on the field, or in one of the many activities around camp. In the evenings, things slow down with Quiet Time—a space for campers to reflect and prepare their hearts for worship, sharing, and another message from our speaker. We end our days with campfires, games, and our world famous chelsea buns.
❊ Our Camps ❊
You’ve got four chances
to join us each year.
Echo Lake Camp hosts seasonal camps for youth throughout the year. We have camp on (Canadian) Thanksgiving weekend, Family Day weekend (the long weekend in February), and Victoria Day weekend, each of which give a preview of our week-long camp at the end of August.

You are more than welcome to bring your own snacks. We offer a tuck shop/canteen (for purchase) during most afternoons to help satisfy your sweet tooth. Snacks are also provided in the evenings before campers go to their dorms to sleep.

At this time, the website does not allow for multiple registrations for more than one camper. You will need to create different accounts for your campers and register them individually. We hope to have this feature enabled in the near future to make your lives easier (including one payment for multiple campers).

Campers sleep in dorms with bunk beds, grouped by gender and then by team. Each team’s Leader (TL) and Leader-in-Training (LT) stay in the dorm with their group. At bedtime, Deans of the same gender visit to take attendance and remind campers of “lights out”. Deans are the first point of support, making sure campers feel comfortable and have someone they can go to with any concern.
Each morning, staff check the dorms to ensure Cabin Clean Up meets health and safety standards.
The people that
bring you back.
At Echo Lake, it’s the people that bring you back. From lifelong friends made around the campfire to mentors who pour into your life with encouragement and faith, the relationships here are what make camp more than just a week or weekend away. It’s a community that feels like family—one that calls you back each year.
