What you can expect at camp
Arrival
When you arrive at camp, the registrar in the dining hall will review your information and let you know your sleeping arrangements and team assignment for the weekend. To kick-off camp, we’ll start with some icebreaker games and an introduction to our speaker.
Team time
Teams gather to talk through the message together after chapel and in the evenings. Guided questions help spark discussion, creating a meaningful time of fellowship, growth, and space to process what campers are learning and thinking about.
Activities
A refreshing weekend filled with worship, campfires, sports, and springtime fun. Enjoy games, team challenges, the cardboard boat race, and plenty of time laughing and making memories together
at camp.
Your leaders
Echo Lake gives senior campers (18–21) the chance to grow and develop their skills as Christian leaders. Team Leaders (TLs) mentor younger campers through discussions, activities, and devotions—leading with heart, not perfection.
Chapel
Every morning and evening at Echo Lake, we gather to hear from gifted speakers who share God’s Word and His heart for our campers. Their teaching helps campers understand more about who God is, what His Word says about us, and encourages them to grow deeper in their faith.
Meals & snacks
The Echo Lake kitchen is a true treasure. We’ll keep you well-fed at every meal, plus there’s a tuck shop open most afternoons for extra treats. We will do our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions.

We hope to have this feature enabled in the near future to make your lives easier (including one payment for multiple campers).

Campers sleep in dorms with bunk beds, grouped by gender and then by team. Each team’s Leader (TL) and Leader-in-Training (LT) stay in the dorm with their group. At bedtime, Deans of the same gender visit to take attendance and remind campers of “lights out”. Deans are the first point of support, making sure campers feel comfortable and have someone they can go to with any concern.
Each morning, staff check the dorms to ensure Cabin Clean Up meets health and safety standards.
